Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities + Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- A results-driven operator with a track record of achieving financial targets and growing sales
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service, and creating loyalty with patrons
- Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading teams, as well as recruiting and hiring
