A thriving legal firm is looking to hire an Associate Insurance Defense Attorney to assist with caseload. The applicant should have extensive experience in insurance defense and litigation. Case analysis, depositions and trial prep will be key skills needed as well.
Associate Insurance Defense Attorney Benefits:

Associate Insurance Defense Attorney Requisites:
· Law Degree from an accredited law school
· Good standing with the Georgia Bar and licensed in Georgia
· 2–4 years Insurance Defense Litigation experience
Associate Insurance Defense Attorney Responsibilities:
· Competently represent clients in all aspects of litigation
· Coordinate and manage all insurance defense case components and phases
· Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs and develop legal documents
· Liaison and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and court officials
