This growing stable, high volume, Restaurant group is seeking an Assistant General Manager with experience in High-Volume Casual Dining in a fast bar centric environment with a scratch kitchen flare. We offer outstanding benefits, a true people first concept, plus it's super fun to work here
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record in hiring training and retaining high-performing teams
- 5 year minimum as a Manager in a high volume corporate environment
- No clip board or office managers – Looking for a hands-on manager
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Must pass drug screen and background check
