We are seeking a Cage Manager to oversee the Cashier and Vault Department, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. If you're passionate about leadership, financial integrity, and guest service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Casino Cage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and improve all Cashier and Vault operations.
  • Supervise and develop a team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure security of cash, chips, and internal credit, adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with Security and Surveillance for asset protection and investigations.

Casino Cage Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting + 1 year of experience, or Associate’s degree + 3 years, or 5 years in a related field.
  • Expertise in cashier, vault, or banking operations, including federal regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software.
