Qualifications for Restaurant Managers:
- Positive outlook and a proactive mindset
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Proficient financial acumen with the ability to mentor and guide financial processes
- Proven track record with 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fast Casual or Full Service
- Strong tenure record is appreciated
- Hands-on approach, leading by example and from the forefront
