Qualifications for Restaurant Managers:

  • Positive outlook and a proactive mindset
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Proficient financial acumen with the ability to mentor and guide financial processes
  • Proven track record with 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fast Casual or Full Service
  • Strong tenure record is appreciated
