High volume steakhouse is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join the team. Join a restaurant group that is passionate about creating a top-notch guest experience through quality and consistency.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Strong experience in training and developing BOH team members
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an operation with at least $3 million annual revenue
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of managing food and labor cost
