What you need:
- Integrity: Do the right thing, always.
- Experience: 1-3 years of managing a kitchen in a casual dining restaurant.
- Passion for food: Experience with scratch kitchens is a must.

- Can-do attitude: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- People person: Be friendly, approachable, and ready to go the extra mile.
