Scratch Casual Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
• Hire, train and develop team.
• Build rapport with Team Members and Guests with a "Whatever it Takes." approach.
• Have a keen eye for Quality; SCRATCH food menu.
• Uncompromising eye toward Attention to Detail.
• Positive attitude, problem-solver and passionate Leader.
• Motivation to excel in a growing company!
Scratch Casual Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
• Impeccable Integrity
• 1–3 years of Hospitality Management in a Casual Dining restaurant or similar.
• SCRATCH MENU experience; uncompromising standards.
• Hands-on approach to Training and Developing Team Members.
• Strong Leadership qualities- communication and flexibility are a MUST!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Servant-Leadership; Hands-on approach. MUST be Friendly and Interactive.
