We are a small but growing Drain company, looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. We specialize in commercial and residential plumbing and are searching for someone eager to grow with us and potentially step into a service manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing installations and repairs in both commercial and residential settings
  • Ensure compliance with Delaware plumbing codes
  • Operate power snakes, table machines, and perform drain cleaning
  • Operate an excavator (preferred, but not required)
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Assist with sales and customer management

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman plumber's license (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in commercial and residential plumbing
  • Knowledge of Delaware plumbing code
  • Experience operating an excavator (preferred but not required)
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales knowledge is a plus
