Upscale Restaurant General Manager

This successful and stable restaurant group is seeking polished an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead its front of house team while exceeding its guests' expectations.

Upscale Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead front of house operations with a focus on superior service and standards
  • Mentor, coach, motivate, and train the team
  • Help to create budget, manage profit and loss, control cost, and lead inventory process
  • Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with guests, businesses, and local community

Upscale Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years leading upscale or fine dining operations
  • A background in upholding flawless service standards
  • Knowledge of wines, food, and ingredients
  • Superior communication, financial acumen, and guest service
