Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations as a Restaurant Manager for this busy location
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Take disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure consistent quality of product and overall guest experience
Retail Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong motivation and great work ethic
- Great tenure – demonstrated progress at prior jobs
