Restaurant Manager (Tampa & St. Petersburg Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Assist in overseeing store operations, including P&L management, inventories, ordering, cash handling, and reporting.
• Employee Development: Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork.
• Customer Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Culinary Support: Step in to cook when needed, ensuring smooth operations during peak times.
