Restaurant Manager (Tampa & St. Petersburg Area)
We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth with a well-established company that values its employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Hands-on leadership, working alongside the team to inspire and motivate.
- Financial Management: Assist in overseeing store operations, including P&L management, inventories, ordering, cash handling, and reporting.
- Employee Development: Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and teamwork.
- Customer Relations: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Culinary Support: Step in to cook when needed, ensuring smooth operations during peak times.
Qualifications:
- A dedicated career trajectory, demonstrating unwavering stability and steady advancement.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of success in restaurants with $3+ million annual sales.
- Strong business acumen, sound decision-making, and a keen eye for detail.
