What You'll Do:
– Run daily operations like a pro—making sure everything flows smoothly.
– Develop strategies to grow the business and keep things fresh.
– Be the face of our brand, showing off what makes us stand out.
– Create an unforgettable vibe for our guests and a welcoming space for our team.
What We're Looking For:
– 3+ years of experience managing in an upscale casual spot (you’ve got the know-how!).
– Understanding of financials, costs, and how to grow a business (numbers don’t scare you).
– Proven ability to train, inspire, and lead a team.
– Self-starter with a "let’s do this" attitude and a strong ownership mindset.
