Seeking a passionate and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our growing team. We are a multi unit fast casual concept which offers great quality of life and growth opportunities within our growing brand.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to detail – the little things matter!
- At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant General Manager
- Have the ability to respond to problems independently
- Must be able to trouble shoot problem resolution independently & effectively
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hand on leadership!
- Ensure quality of service for all guests
- Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily workflow
- Mentor, motivate, and develop your team
