Exciting opportunity to join a team for a high-volume casual restaurant. We are seeking a quality Culinary Manager or strong Executive Chef who has a passion for this industry and has an eye for detail in consistency and people development!
Candidate must have high volume experience and the ability to manage a team of Executive Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs. Very diverse menu with full BBQ section and fresh fish.
We are looking for a hands-on Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager type candidate who has the desire and ability to run a high-volume kitchen, coach, and who can teach, train and develop the staff!! Must have strong financial and expo skills. Candidates need to have a background in full-service dining. High Volume experience is necessary!!
We offer a competitive salary along with a great bonus for this Executive Chef position.
- Salary $90,000 to $100,000 with a 25% bonus! and a large part of the bonus guaranteed = $120K potential
