In search of a fast casual General Manager who leads and manages their restaurant’s operations while developing a culture that celebrates strong teamwork and individual growth.
Restaurant General Manager Background:
- 3+ years as a General Manager in a fast-casual or full service restaurant.
- Leadership skills that grow and develop a strong culture of teamwork.
- Experience in developing guest relations and guest satisfaction.
- Strong track record in recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional talent.
- Ability to maintain high brand standards.
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
