Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Manager role within restaurants
  • Upscale full-service restaurant background
  • Ability to effectively lead and delegate appropriately
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume environment
  • Coordinate daily operations in both front and back of house
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Maintain relationships with guests and be present during service
  • Develop the team through coaching, training, and development
