Restaurant Manager Background:
- 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a similar casual or fast-casual brand
- Continued career progression and track record for producing results
- Must be comfortable in FOH and BOH operations, this is a hands-on flexible management role, you will cook some days, you will be guest-facing other days, often times both in any given shift
- Willingness to become a champion of our strong culture and focus on people
- Expert in quality guest service delivery and savvy with restaurant financials
- Ability to source, develop and retain exceptional talent to grow strong teams
- Never compromise on quality and brand standards
