Senior FP&A Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to provide clear and actionable insights
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Senior FP&A Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Analyze financial performance (variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost management) to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Work closely with department leaders to establish targets and objectives
• Streamline processes improving efficiency and enhancing the overall financial reporting and analysis
• Risk management and mitigation
