Senior FP&A Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to provide clear and actionable insights
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Senior FP&A Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Analyze financial performance (variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost management) to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Work closely with department leaders to establish targets and objectives
- Streamline processes improving efficiency and enhancing the overall financial reporting and analysis
- Risk management and mitigation
