We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a new restaurant concept.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining smooth and efficient operational standards.
• Overseeing financial performance.
• Developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff in customer service, food preparation, communication skills, business goals, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate ordering of supplies.

Restaurant General Manager Required Skills:

• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing restaurant teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff across different levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a Restaurant General Manager role.

General Manager Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it, as required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
