This full-service restaurant seeks an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to lead their BOH team for a new restaurant opening in November 2024. If you are interested, apply today!

Executive Chef Benefits:

Executive Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Back of House team and be able to work with the General Manager to build a positive work culture
  • Menu development for this upscale casual, Italian restaurant with emphasis on steak and seafood
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Chef
  • Execute a high level of food quality in a full-service, fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing the kitchen in full-service restaurants with a volume of $2.5 M or higher
  • A new restaurant opening experience is required
  • Must be a hands-on leader with a service mentality
