Executive Sous Chef needed at high-volume, Westside restaurant. This is a high-quality, scratch kitchen with a focus on Asian flavors.

Sous Chef Requirements:

·     Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef in high-volume, scratch kitchen

·     Must Have Sushi Experience

·     Must be excited to teach as well as learn

·     Must be high-energy and motivated
