An ICONIC NYC restaurant is seeking great Sous Chefs to join their team!
Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Execute high-level guest experience at a high-volume level
- Oversee prep/production as well as execute service
- Accountable for labor and food cost
- Training & Development of the BOH team
Sous Chef Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef full service, high-volume restaurants.
- Open availability includes nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
