Are you a Senior Sushi Chef with a passion for crafting exceptional culinary experiences? We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Sushi Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating both traditional and innovative sushi dishes, with expertise in Omakase and a deep understanding of Nikkei cuisine—a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions.  Senior Sushi Chef Responsibilities:

– Prepare high-quality sushi dishes including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls

– Create unique and visually appealing sushi presentations

– Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation

– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in the BOH – Sushi department

– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into sushi preparation

 Senior Sushi Chef Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment

– Extensive knowledge of various sushi types and preparation methods

– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting

– Excellent knife skills and attention to detail

– Strong communication skills

– Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience

 Senior Sushi Chef Education:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Culinary school certification preferred
