Sous Chef — Upscale Casual Dining Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus, dishes, and plating templates
- Organized and clean work ethics following all food service regulations
- Work with and develop the kitchen staff
- Be engaged in marketing efforts to increase sales
- High energy with a can do attitude
Sous Chef — Upscale Casual Dining Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in food prep, management, nutrition, or related field
- 1+ Years of high volume food production/catering
- Will consider experience
Sous Chef — Upscale Casual Dining Benefits:
