Exciting opportunity to join a team for a high-volume casual restaurant. We are seeking a quality Culinary Manager or strong Executive Chef who has a passion for this industry and has an eye for detail in consistency and people development!
We are looking for a hands-on Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager type candidate who has the desire and ability to run a high-volume kitchen, coach, and who can teach, train and develop the staff!! Must have strong financial and expo skills. Candidates need to have a background in full-service dining. High Volume experience is necessary!!
We offer a competitive salary along with a great bonus for this position.
- Salary of $95K with a guaranteed bonus to bring total comp to 125K++! This is a 6 figure position with Bonus.
