Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Strong Leadership skills; leading by example in this hands-on role.
  • Develop, coach, and direct team.
  • Hands-on and eyes-on at all times in the restaurant-run it as you own it
  • Managing all costs: Labor, Food, Liquor.
  • Attention to every detail is a must!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Need to have 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
  • Must have experience in a High Volume bar-centric concept
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct, communicator, maintain retention of employees
  • Must be able to work late hours
  • Positive, patient, and flexible personality
