We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager who enjoys building teams, delivering great service and working in a high pace environment! Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the front of the house, including the host and reservations department
  • Manage all P&L, Assist with Food Cost, Labor Cost, Inventory
  • Oversee staff and see that all restaurant policies are being upheld and followed
  • Continuously strive to develop and motivate team
  • Maintain and build new relationships with the local clientele

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years + of fine dining GM experience
  • Ability to mentor teams, and assist with all guest needs
  • Reacts well under pressure, high volume environment
  • Hire and train front-of-house staff
