Lead as a General Manager at One of Chicago's Top Restaurant Groups!
Our restaurant group, recognized for delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding service, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead one of our premier fine dining locations in Chicago. In this role, you will oversee a high-volume establishment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
We are offering a competitive base salary, along with paid time off, comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan. As part of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience and driving the financial success of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining environment, with a track record of managing annual revenues exceeding $10M. You should be adept at overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from training and developing staff to managing financials such as P&L and budgeting. Your leadership style should be hands-on, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the restaurant’s goals.
An in-depth knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is essential, as you'll be expected to enhance the dining experience through expert beverage service. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring the restaurant upholds cleanliness and organizational standards.
