Executive Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Must have a proven history with great tenure.
  • Design and implement effective systems, processes, and standards
  • Streamline operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience with Peter Luger's Steak House a plus !
