Executive Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of growth and development
- Must have a proven history with great tenure.
- Design and implement effective systems, processes, and standards
- Streamline operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Experience with Peter Luger's Steak House a plus !
