Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of management experience in full-service restaurants
- P&L knowledge, food cost, labor cost
- Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Assume responsibility in the absence of the GM.
- Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to motivate a team.
