Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in Fast-Paced, High Volume Upscale/Fine Dining (min 3 years)
- Proven Track Record, Strong Progression, and Tenure
- People Driven
- Strong Communicator
- Fine Food and Wine Knowledge
- ServSafe and TABC Certified
Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Direct a Team of Up To 40 Staff
- Constantly Driving and Building Sales
- Ensuring the Guest Experience
- Work With The Team Daily, Coaching and Guiding
