Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in Casual to Upscale Dining
  • Strong knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine programs
  • 2–3 years working in Scratch Kitchen concept
  • Proficiency in Team Training, Development, and Motivation
  • Skilled in Cost Control and Financial Management
  • Background in both Corporate and Independent Restaurant Settings
