District Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $80-90k
  • Employer contributed health care

District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Engaging team leader with enthusiasm for mentoring others
  • Effectively communicate and hold managers accountable to company objectives and brand standards
  • Hire, train and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers and proactively build bench strength
  • Provide hands-on leadership & mentoring, fostering a cohesive team environment

District Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Strong business acumen and financial management
  • Ability to interpret and impact P&L performance, setting budgets, financial oversight of multiple locations
