Sous Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience working in and extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine
- High-volume experience with a minimum of $15 mil +
- Must have a strong foundation in technique
- Must be passionate about quality ingredients and cuisine
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to learn and grow
