An established and highly regarded Law Firm is looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team and make an immediate impact. 

Estate Planning Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of estate and probate administration from start to finish including court filing the estate; development of inventory; working with brokers to retitle assets; real property distribution, etc.
  • Managing documents for filing with the court.
  • Communicating with clients, family members, trustees, other attorneys, and professionals. 
  • Responsible for drafting, coordination, and titling of assets associated with customary estate plans.

Estate Planning Paralegal Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of estate planning experience 
  • Seasoned experience preparing amendments or modifications on client asset and real estate documents 
  • Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, power of attorney
  • Knowledge of how to transfer assets into and out of these entities with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and Independent 
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills for client contact
