Executive Director Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational function of two senior living communities
  • Manage all department heads and oversee their leadership of respective departments
  • Maintain excellent relationships with residents and their families
  • Maintain compliance with state and local health and safety ordinances
  • Take responsibility for the efficient, effective and safe operation of the building and its property

Executive Director Requirements

  • Licensed Assisted Living Director in State of Minnesota – current and in good standing
  • 10+ years of demonstrated excellence in AL leadership
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in HR practices, Compliance Audits, HIPAA Laws and the safe and effective operation of a resident building
  • Demonstrated excellence in collaborative communication, reporting and strategizing with corporate leadership teams

Executive Director Benefits
