Our client is a private equity-owned manufacturer in the electrical power distribution space with a long history. They are seeking a Manager of EHS to support their headquarters, group locations and field service operations Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will develop and implement programs to ensure best in class EHS solutions and lead design, implementation and oversight of all EHS programs. The role is critical in driving zero incident safety culture throughout the organization.

Manager of EHS Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience implementing best practices to control hazardous conditions, prevent injuries and property damage
  • Experience conducting safety audits across industrial sites and field organizations
  • Experience supporting and implementing the EHS goals for each site and leading safety cultural shift throughout the leadership team of the organization
  • Experience with investigations of incidents and identifying root causes as well as implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience leading training efforts, KPI developent, measuring and tracking.
