Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Focus on creating amazing guest experiences and understand what hospitality means
- Able to lead your team to achieve positive results – retention, and morale are kept high
- Experience with new restaurant openings is ideal – we are growing and opening new locations
- Train, coach, direct, and support the team
