Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Must have 1 or more years in a leadership role with training responsibilities
- Proficient in writing Schedule, Ordering and Controllables
- Be able to hold people accountable
- Must enjoy and be a good teacher/coach
- Customer focused. Creating a great experience
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Helps Develop, Execute, and Uphold the standards of the concept
- Drives profitability and operational compliance
- Drives sales through great guest experiences – we want them to come back again and again
- Plans and communicates effectively with the team
- Leads by example and can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
