Boutique Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
- Visible leadership mentality, working shoulder to shoulder with your team, and leading by example
- Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
- High expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work in collaboration with the leadership team on menu concept, recipe design, and culinary offerings
- Lead a team of culinary professionals through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and development
