Boutique Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

3+ years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
Visible leadership mentality, working shoulder to shoulder with your team, and leading by example
Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
High expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
Work in collaboration with the leadership team on menu concept, recipe design, and culinary offerings
Lead a team of culinary professionals through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and development
