We are seeking a highly capable General Manager for our well-established Yacht Club in Western Michigan. If you are someone who is driven and loves building strong relationships, we'd like to talk to you!

Yacht Club General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Yacht Club General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of General Manager/AGM experience in an upscale Club environment.
  • Excellent understanding of structure with the ability to teach and develop your team.
  • You must display strong people skills and be driven to learn as much as possible about your member base.
  • Possess the ability to be the face of the club, while also displaying strong administrative skills.
  • Business mindset with a teaching and coaching mentality.
  • Proactive and strong critical thinking skills.
