Head Baker/Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team
- Managing food and labor goals
- Creating weekly schedules
- Production of our specialty and custom cakes, cupcakes, bars, and cookies
Head Baker/Pastry Chef Qualifications:
- 3-5 years management experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Experience in a high-production bakery
- Hands-on leadership qualities not afraid to be in the trenches
- Positive coach, mentor, and developer of people
- Be able to work a 50-hour-a-week schedule
