Electrical Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure completion by set deadlines
• Design electrical control systems and power solutions in accordance with contractual agreements, codes, and industry standards
• Create and test process software for a range of systems
• Act as the company’s representative in meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Supervise operations in our UL508A electrical panel production facility
• Provide on-site assistance during startup phases of company installations, as required
• Deliver support to both internal teams and external clients
• Manage department staffing levels to meet both current and anticipated needs
• Encourage employee training initiatives to boost efficiency and quality

Electrical Engineering Manager Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Experience in design, fieldwork, startups, and troubleshooting in the process industry, power distribution, cogeneration, and PLC-based control systems
• Proficiency in computer-based HMI software such as Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Wonderware InTouch, and Ignition
• Supervision and scheduling of personnel
• PE license in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• 3+ years Managerial experience
• Strong Project Management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, MS Office, and design/project software like Etap and MS Project
• Experience managing domestic and international projects
