Responsibilities:
- Good team leader & a team player who can provide guidance & coaching
- Understands performance criteria & meets KPI
- Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals

Must Haves:
- 5 years of recent experience as a General Manager in fine-dining restaurant
- Must be good leader with a passion for service & good business acumen
- Experience with seafood restaurant is a plus
