Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a general manager role with a full-service restaurant
- Sales volume experience of $2.5 million at a minimum
- Personality is the most important! Must be bright, energetic, and fun
- Organized
- Detail-oriented
- Sales minded
- P&L knowledge required
