As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring restaurants and commercial kitchens operate at their best. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment, from ovens and refrigerators to dishwashers and ice machines. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, and ware-washing systems.
- Provide preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in commercial refrigeration, appliance repair, or kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA certification (preferred).
