Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a large-scale property
  • Hands-on leader with an ownership mentality
  • Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
  • Strong understanding of finances

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple dining outlets and the banquet and catering department
  • Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work daily on the floor with your team
