We are seeking a proven, experienced and well-networked Private Club Membership Director for an elite social club in Manhattan. Please apply directly for consideration.
Membership Director Job Responsibilities:
- Build an effective and cohesive Membership Department for an elite private club
- Successfully acquire new members and manage attrition thereafter
- Plan and implement strategies to meet club membership goals
- Conduct tours for prospective members and orientations for new members
- Effectively manage the recruiting process
- Build and maintain successful relationships with members staff, and all external constituencies
- Track the success and overall performance of membership activities and membership department
Membership Director Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of luxury private club membership experience
- New club opening experience a plus
- Extensive sales, marketing and selling experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with CSM or club marketing software
