Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry, committed to innovation and excellence, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team and lead our financial operations to new heights.

Accounting Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the accounting team, including inventory accounting, CAPEX, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial KPI tracking.
  • Manage monthly close activities and year-end responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and support external audits.
  • Guide AR, AP, and general ledger functions; perform financial analysis and reporting.
  • Develop business cases with costing and profitability analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; ERP systems experience a plus.
  • Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
